My approach is rooted in adaptability and driven by purpose. With over two decades of experience across industries—from hospitality to disaster recovery to legal marketing—I have learned that the best results come from listening deeply, moving intentionally, and leading with integrity. Whether managing a brand or a crisis, I aim to bring clarity, creativity and connection to every challenge. At Mesidor PLLC, I focus on building powerful narratives that center our clients and elevate our mission.

EXPERIENCE

I bring more than 20 years of cross-industry experience to my role as Chief Marketing Officer at Mesidor PLLC. My background includes 15 years in sales and hospitality, as well as high-stakes roles in disaster recovery, airline security and database management. I have led property assessments, managed complex insurance claims and overseen teams through projects requiring precision, resilience and trust.

I also serve as a Partner at Caribbean Electronic Boutiques, where I continue to channel my entrepreneurial spirit. My work as a photojournalist and creative director complements my corporate leadership, allowing me to shape compelling visual stories that reflect our firm's values and amplify the voices we represent.

I am OSHA-certified, a licensed Notary Public in the State of New York and hold a certification in Project Management and Implementation from Hofstra University. I also studied Business Administration and Management at Université Quisqueya.

PASSION

What drives me is the power of representation - both in the courtroom and in the culture. I am especially passionate about using strategic marketing and creative media to make legal advocacy more accessible, personal and resonant. Whether through brand storytelling, community outreach, or client care, my goal is always to connect people with purpose and dignity. As a Haitian-American, I carry my community with me in every space I enter, committed to reflecting its richness and resilience in everything I do.

PERSONAL TOUCH

When I am not developing strategy or behind the lens, you can find me dancing with my daughters at a Haitian music festival, mentoring young professionals, or exploring new ways to blend creativity with justice. I believe in showing up fully - at work, in art and in life.
