Approach

My approach is more client-centered and solution-oriented. I believe clients should be well informed about their rights, the applicable law surrounding their case, and really all aspects in relation to their case. I am typically very transparent with my clients giving them the good, bad, and ugly to help them make informed decisions. I am also very solution-oriented because problem will always arise, it does not matter the case, an issue will arise. There are not any or very few perfect cases. With that being said, in order to get the results we aim to get for our clients, we have to get creative and think outside of the box. I believe that in most instances, where there is a problem, there is also an answer.

Experience

I have 8 years of experience in personal injury law specializing in trial preparation, motion practice, drafting pleadings and very detailed mediation statements. I am currently in my last year of law school at Touro Law . I’ve interned with Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victim’s Unit, Suffolk County legal Aid.

Passion

Growing up, I’ve always wanted to be a criminal defense attorney and advocate for those who may not have the tools to advocate for themselves. I’ve also hope to in the future be able to join provide assistance to organizations like “The Innocence Network” and provide legal services to overturn wrongful convictions.

Personal Touch

I enjoy working out, traveling, trying new experiences. Right now, life is very busy as I work full-time, I am in school part-time and have two small children at home so the little things mean a lot to me. I particularly enjoy Saturday mornings when my Fiancé and I get to sleep in a bit and eventually our make their way to our room and we all just hang out for a while just enjoying each others presence. Saturdays mornings are also our pancake day. Pancakes and eggs have always been my favorite breakfast to eat and now it is my 4 year old son’s favorite. On Saturday mornings him and I make pancakes and eggs. He gets out all of the ingredients and equipment we need, makes the pancake batter, scrambles the eggs then I cook it.
